Knife Skills (Day 1: Eggrolls, Day 2: Salsa)
Emeril's veggie eggrolls and wontons were a hit! Students practicing knife skills with all of the veggies (like julienne carrots) and had a chance to plate their finished product. Students used hot mustard, chili sauce, and duck sauce to paint their plates and finished the dishes with chopped cilantro. On day 2, students made fruit salsa, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Students learned the correct way to cut avacados and how to supreme oranges. YUM!
