Garde Manger
Check out our fun Thai Mango Salads Lab! We are on the Garde Manger unit and students have been exploring the science behind emulsifiers, the history of salads, and how to garnish. Students in Intro haven't had the chance to plate a lot this year, but today they go to be creative. The recipe is attached under the recipes link. Enjoy!

Holiday Cookie Party
Culinary students catered the December faculty meeting and made several types of cookies. You can find the recipes by clicking on the recipes link on the side. The theme the students chose was "milk and cookies".
